Nothing is clear and unambiguous when a statist theocracy, foreign / domestic despot, or other tyrannous entity that claims to have inherent right wants to twist the founders purpose or eliminate the obvious single certain interpretation's clarity so that it might enslave the once noble and free. The statist theocracy that now infests this land brazenly, flagrantly, and with an insolent audacity operates outside the clear and unambiguous meaning of the Constitution.

Yes Mike, the entire government ollks at the Constitution very liberaly with a very loose interpretation-if they even bother to look at it at all.

The quote may also suggest improperly that anything that is unclear and ambiguous can be empowered to justify almost any assumption of power. This seems to be our current history and the reason collectivism has advanced so broadly throughout our republic. Such abuses and accumulations of power in a single place is the very definition of tyranny.
