Norwalk, when should we be intolerant of individula opinion? So if society says murder is acceptable, but an individual says murder is wrong, then murdering that person is okay?

It is possible to respect the diversity of opinions without agreeing with them. We cannot expect that our ideas and beliefs will never go unquestioned -- quite the contrary, 'Truth' must be re-examined over and over even if we consistently end up where we started.

As far as opinion, I would rather know it by word or print than to find out by action later. Especially if it is violent.

I probably should have given this 4 to 5 stars. My perspective on any given issue grows and sharpens (or even changes) when opposing views are considered (to sustain or oppose)
