Roger Pilon Quote

“[T]he vast regulatory structure the federal government has erected in the name of the commerce power cannot be ended overnight, in many cases, but the pretense that such programs are constitutional can be ended, even as the programs themselves are phased out over time.”

~ Roger Pilon

The majority of Government, its dependants, and its institutions must be phased out if we are ever to be a Republic of free and liberated people again.

Our government uses the Commerce Clause to control nearly everything.

E Archer, NYC

The Commerce Clause has been abused so much that today the Common Law has been wiped out. Originally, the Constitution recognized three types of jurisprudence: common law, commercial law, and military law, each with their own defined jurisdictions and courts. But the bankers got their way after crashing the American economy and FDR merged the courts of common law and commercial law into one. Since the US was/is now a bankrupt entity in receivership to the bankers (the Federal Reserve specifically), and everyone has been numbered and counted as chattel property, and we use coupons issued by our creditors instead of money, we are thus all engaging in commerce. Corporations are now 'persons' and persons are corporations, thus subject to commercial regulation. Thus the birth of the Uniform Commercial Code -- the 'laws' that we all must follow because we are commercial entities. The commercial law, also called equity law or statutory law, is positivist, in that it tells us what we must do rather than negativist which declares what we may not do. We have essentially been enslaved by signing our lives away for a number and 'benefits' that we are 'entitled' to -- but with strings attached. Our government sees no limits as to what they may tell us what to do as a result. We are all 'in service' now and thus must be told what we may eat, drink, breathe, we need permission to plant, to harvest, to sell, to travel, to protest in 'free speech zones'. We have been turned into herds for exploitation by a ruling class who hold our promises to pay as justification for our servitude. A debt that we can never repay, and thus ever the yoke grows heavier. The first step, of course, is to realize that we are born free and that previous generations long dead cannot pass on their debts to us. We are born free, yet in chains. Those binds are cut when we say 'No more!' Freedom is a cause that will never die.
