Offenders are still going to break the laws no matter what. Criminals are out to be lowlifes. Laws have nothing to do with this. Nothing. Reply Mike, Norwalk 5/21/14 More criminals (socialist zealots) in local, regional, state, federal, etc. government - the more laws ({anti-law tyranny -> compelled compliance, license, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity, no private ownership enforcement and no recognition of individual inalienable right(s)) the more offenders to be controlled as slaves. Reply jim k, austin tx 5/21/14 5 stars for Mike and thumbs down for Cynthia. Reply Ron w13, Or 5/21/14 " The perfect walking library " Dr. Fuller was known as. Wit unmatched by his contemporaries. He studied to live, and lived to study. Mike hits the nail on the head most every time ! Jim to. ! Reply E Archer, NYC 5/21/14 A police state needs 'criminals' to survive. There is ABSOLUTELY no intention to reduce crime in America, quite the opposite. Too many people depend on the 'justice system' and 'law enforcement' for their living. Just make more rules and fines for breaking them. It's just another form of 'tax' and grants the power to utterly break an individual into submission. Once you are deemed a 'law breaker', there are literally no more limits to what the 'authorities' may do to you. Mounting a defense costs money, making deals costs money -- look who earns a living from the 'justice system'. The drug war is the biggest racket in the police state - cops, judges, lawyers, politicians, prison guards, drug testing labs, tax men -- ALL depend on the drug war, as well as all the checkpoints, scanners, borders, highway men that shake us down in our travels. The corruption of the legal system allows the police state to grow to fascist levels - Hitler has nothing on today's US police state. Reply Mike, Norwalk 5/21/14 Cynthia, your statement is absolutely correct if you narrow the context of subject to natural law (One of the 'natural law' references by the U.S. founders was 'unalienable right'). The law exists no matter the legislative, executive or judicial prowess of man. It is in that scope "Offenders are still going to break the laws no matter what. Criminals are out to be lowlifes." Politicians, as well as all other murderers, thieves and lowlifes will continue to break natural law. My example above, that of lowlifes legislating, enforcing and adjudicating license and victimless crimes is a very terse illustration of criminals breaking the law.
