AMEN ! I'm 85, not illiterate though not well-read, and above all, more ignorant than I wish I were re: governmental structuring. But note: this is the FIRST time I remember seeing, or knowing of, the existence of this part of our Constitution. A PROUD GUARANTEE INDEED -- interesting how INfrequently I've been made aware of it. AMEN and again I say, AMEN ! 2 Reply Ed, Amesbury, MA 3/19/15 I like this quote and every other one that I see posted on the Liberty-Tree site. Thanks again for the education and keep them coming, it's become my every morning cup of Patriotism Reply jim, Austin Tx 3/19/15 2 Reply E Archer, NYC 3/19/15 It's time to return to fundamental principles. 2 Reply Mike, Norwalk 1/11/24 This is the only place the concept of "guarantee" shows up in the Constitution. A republican form of government begins its existence from the individual sovereign at nature's law. All other executed forms of power is usurpation and a configuration of bondage. The County body politic is given its authority as an extension of the individual sovereigns united. The county is representative of the family with cities being members thereof. Such sovereign counties then extend their authority to the State and so on. Today's usurpation is 180 degrees out of balance and structure. The difference between a republican form of government and all others is; the republican form of government recognizes "law" that already exists and passes codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. in harmony with nature's law to advance and protect the individual sovereign's inalienable rights and liberty. All other forms of government perceive carnal / despotic man to be a god with ability to create law (enabling absolute usurpation). SaveOk2 SaveOk2 View CommentsClick to view or comment.
