Grant was no military genius.  He paid a big price when he captured an enemy placement.  His success came from having unlimited resources.

If that is the art of war, then it can be safely reckoned that the Democrats, the Deep State, and their media allies have declared war on Trump and are following Grant's playbook to a tee. ;-)
