I think that Cesare Beccaria is correct. Whenever the gun control laws are relaxed the violent crime in that area goes down. Gun control is like attempting to prevent folks from driving drunk by making it more difficult for everryone to purchase a car. Furthermore, why do criminals have guns in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusettes, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Illinois and Washington, D.C where they have very restrictive gun laws? Why? Because they don't give a damn about your stinking laws, that's why!!
