Famous Samuel Adams Quote

“The Legislative has no Right to absolute arbitrary Power over the Lives and Fortunes of the People: Nor can Mortals assume a Prerogative not only too high for Men but for Angels, and therefore reserv’d for the Exercise of the Deity alone.”

When lives and fortunes of the individual sovereign unprivileged,(common man), become expendable at the hands of progress and change, despotism and tyranny rule through corrupted individuals among the servants of men. Constructive Fraud (congress) by force (irs) exercise absolute arbitrary power, giving teeth to tyranny resulting in a more formal despotism. "We hold these truths to be self evident"
Absolute Despotism has taken place, nation wide.

Beautiful!  I like:

Nor can Mortals assume a Prerogative not only too high for Men but for Angels, and therefore reserv’d for the Exercise of the Deity alone.
So often Liberty is confused with Power.

Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown

Laws are enacted with the pure natural forces considered, there are no angels or deities.
