More useful for grand jury indictment of those who adulterate those laws duly authorized under our state and federal Constitutions with:
A) Case law as a replacement for statutory reliance upon English common law and on parties that were not the subject of a court's order,
B) Executive orders on subjects not lawfully the subject of the executive branch's orders ( largely its employees),
C) A legislature's laws not authorized under the non-fraudulent authority of that legislature's constitutions ( which are superior in authority to the legislature's acts)

"VA 18.2-481. Treason defined; how proved and punished.

Treason shall consist only in:
*(5) Resisting the execution of the laws under color of its authority*; or

*(3) Establishing, without authority of the legislature, any government within its limits separate from the existing government;* or

(1) Levying war against the Commonwealth; or
(2) Adhering to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort; or
(4) Holding or executing, in such usurped government, any office, or professing allegiance or fidelity to it; "

Such treason, if proved by the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or by confession in court, shall be punishable as a Class 2 felony."
