As a lawful right in a republican form of government, the only persons who may give orders in an educational setting are individual sovereigns. The de jure State(s) (individually and united) is/are to be secular expressions of the individual sovereign's inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law - NOT, the socialist's collective god dogma.

There's really no order giving in education. All lessons are presented with the same reasonable force and influences as 1+1=2.  If you're being ordered or giving orders you're simply not in the education field. The educator presents their lesson, supporting evidence is supplied.  You need not order 1+1=2.  The equation supports itself. The educator presents facts and the facts stand on their own accord. If you are giving orders you are simply not in the life reasoning promoting educational dimension. Facts support life, and life supports the facts.
