If we forced our DC employees to obey it, they would have fewer favors to sell to lobbyists.  They would retire less wealthy, and we taxpayers could save a few more pennies for ourselves.

So, does that mean that freedom of speech does not apply to talking on a telephone?

And, should I have to apply for a permit to speak? What procedure must I follow to apply for freedom from cruel and unusual punishment?

Yeah, right! The rest of the world is a higher MORAL authority--sure.

Far too many people want us to be governed by the International Association of Dictators and Tyrants--the IADT, also known as the UN.

The left and right wings of Control Freaks Unanimous reject the republic our brilliant founders mandated in Article 4, Section 4.  They support a "wonderful" de-mob-ocracy in hopes of gaining that magic majority so they can use the state to make everyone its servant and march in lockstep with them.

"Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered".  We have been fighting the tyranny of socialism for a long time and have not conquered it yet.  Back before it got its current name, settlers in this country were thankful (Thanksgiving) for survival after changing from a system of common wealth to one of freedom of enterprise and private ownership.  Some states still call themselves Commonwealths today.

And it would be ruled by one government, the International Association of Dictators and Tyrants, a/k/a the UN.

I repeat, we need a separation of school and state.

Can anyone prove any negative statement?

The left and right wings of Control Freaks Unanimous disagree with this statement.

Asset forfeiture prior to a fair trial and conviction is an abomination and in violation of the 4th Amendment.

We need the Fair Tax to replace the income tax.

The states gave some power to the Feds when they agreed to the Constitution, and they said that the federal power would be supreme in those limited instances.  Now, the Feds decide what powers they want and that their power is supreme in ALL instances they choose.  The states have no voice in the rulings.

The left wing has done an incredible misinformation campaign and has sold the lie that our republic is a democracy. Accepting that lie is a major underlying cause of many of our current problems.  More info: http://www.diffen.com/difference/Democracy_vs_Republic

So, am I supposed to conclude that there is moral equivalency among the various cultures?  There is not even moral equivalency between our culture today and what it would be if we got rid of the monopoly our government has on "education."

We need a separation of school and state.

We need a separation of school and state.  Try vouchers.

Even the 5-4 DC Supremes have indicated that our republic is dead, that we now have a "wonderful" de-mob-ocracy, and that our only protection is to accumulate the largest mob so we can force everyone to march in lockstep with us.  “It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices.”--Chief Justice John Roberts

And de-mob-ocracy hasn't worked very well in America.  We had a republic until de Tocqueville and others changed it.

Some say that "assault rifles" aren't covered by the 2nd Amendment because the founders didn't contemplate anything much more powerful than muskets. Did they contemplate TV, radio, telegraph, email, Twitter, etc. when they wrote the 1st Amendment?

Our DC employees believe they are entitled to unequal rights under the law. They didn't like being employees and fully intend to solidify their status as masters.

This Amendment also provides that citizens can bear arms regardless of what a militia is.

The "wonderful" president Abraham Lincoln sure squashed the quaint idea in the Declaration of Independence that for the powers of government to be just, they need the consent of the governed.

Like a lot of other bad ideas, the UN was mislabeled. Its correct name should be the IADT, the International Association of Dictators and Tyrants.
