The idea of civil rights comes from men that placed the sovereignty of god over that of man. There would be no civil rights with out religious rights. Remove god and you will have tyranny.

'Civil' rights are derived from Roman law and are subject to the whim of the rulers. Unalienable rights are derived from our Creator and are not subject to modification. When it comes to religion, we are talking about opinions and theories which remain in the domain of free thought and one's conscience, thus we see thousands of sects each of which laying claim to the supernatural power called 'God'. Religion is about power and about calling upon that supernatural power when our own limited powers fall short of our desires. And whenever we get what we prayed for, we call it proof of whatever supernatural power we called upon. Even as ludicrous as it sounds, in America we respect the right of people to believe whatever they wish to believe, but we do not have permission to impose that opinion upon others. Any attempt to centralize religious beliefs into a single belief is tyrannical, for the Truth can stand on its own and requires not that we believe in it in order for it to be true. In England and the rest of Europe at the time, the religion of the monarch was THE religion and all the citizens were forced to accept it or suffer the persecution of the 'church'. The founders did away with such notions even though many Americans still attempt to speak for God today. It is for that reason that the right to religious freedom is guaranteed in the US Constitution -- to prevent fools from pushing their foolishness upon others.

If this nation continues to turn away from God, they are hurting themselves more than they know. God is all-loving. There are consequences for our sins, and people have a hard time accepting that. Truthfully, once you come to know, love and serve God, you will understand. By asking God to leave America, do you not expect Him to eventually remove His hand of protection, and then the consequences of living in a nation without God will come and people then blame Him for this. If you tell Him to leave in the 1st place and then the consequences of your sin and falleness occur, do NOT put the blame on Him, instead, America should be calling out the One True Living God right now and praying that He rescue us. Don't push Him away further, because you do not understand, or because you want to sin. America was prosperous and recieved victory from the LORD when America's founding fathers were here. Now, America is NOT prospering. Don't push God away, why not give it a try and see if they were on to something. Loving and supporting each other, being united and unified and living as One Nation under God. Think about it, please, what have you got to lose, nothing, all you have is to gain.

A “right” is; tangible matter’s eternally omnipresent warrant; A right is a single being’s just ability to commit any act that does not infringe on another’s right. “You have Rights antecedent to all earthly governments: Rights, that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws; Rights, derived from the Great Legislator of the universe.” (John Adams) Rights, exuding from a material source -from the inside out - are first recognized - from the outside in - as a principle. “Human rights are not a privilege conferred by government. They are every human being's entitlement by virtue of his humanity.” (Mother Teresa)

Right(s) are uniquely a domain of an individual. By example; A woman has an absolute right to an abortion. "BUT"! ! ! if that abortion includes a baby, forced or paid for health care, a third Party doctor, or other third party — the act NO LONGER abides a domain of right(s).

When rights are divided into groups (civil, religious, parental, etc.) the understanding and realization of what a right "IS", is lost. Civil rights are granted and/or recognized by carnal gods (such as Rome or the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land). Religious rights are created by corporate gods, 501(c)(3) status, staying within the gods discussion parameters, etc. When civil and religious "rights" are merged, human sacrifice and sacramental norms — like marriage become simple ordinances of the god's statist theocracy.
