sorta one of those - a billion here and a billion there, pretty soon your talking real money ;-) In the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land, they don't really want to count the real unemployment, that would result in a more accurate number of how many people are out of work.

This is something our congress doesn't seem to know. Obama knows this but he likes people out of work so more can go on welfare.

I'd been reading this as a humorous remark; sort of a "DUH!" comment.
But as others have [accurately] observed, there's nothing funny about it. Regardless of the cause (WHY they're 'thrown out of work') they become numbers -- figures reflected in the unemployment rolls -- a caring crisis to some, a political opportunity for others.
