Our U.S. Congress could use a good dose of integrity as it is sadly missing in Washington.

Integrity is keeping yourself honest and ethical – every time you loose a little integrity you loose a little of yourself. Live by the 10-1 principle; for every unkind thought or deed have ten kind thoughts and ten good deeds – then, and ONLY then, do you start to repair your integrity.

I repeat myself but I like Frank's philosophy "do be do be do".

My rating and comment is from an understanding = Integrity is from the inside-out. Integrity is the quality or state of being complete and incorruptible with an unimpaired condition as harmonizes with the law of nature and of nature’s God. The quote is a type and shadow from the outside-in. An application of the quote could describe Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin and the Clintons in their enclave of liars.

Not quite a triad, but applicable. Good thoughts, good works, good deeds, as Zoroaster states these three tenents. Paul echos the trinity, " Giving thanks to God and the Father in Christ name". God is invoked in a triad. From the beginning, 11,12,13. "Change" in "government", through justifiable "rebellion". When reproving hidden things of darkness, whatsoever makes manifest is Light. That is, the "light" of the truth. Children of light should walk as such. Through the fires and trials of affliction we rise with wings as eagles. Semper FI

Cute, but only true when 'what we say, do, and say we do' match up with each other. The Clinton's are poster children for double-think -- whatever they have been caught doing, they deny it and claim that the accuser is doing it. Like Nixon, I wonder if they end up believing their own BS.

Once integrity went out the window, it's been a no-holds-barred onslaught for the seats of power and influence. But the people have been waking up!
