Eisenhower, a real combat veteran, could have been talking about today's administration, without a day of military service among them, taking the country into a totally useless war, no matter how much the people wanted peace.

I give it a three, because of merits and given the fact that if it didn't come from the scum bag mouth of the creator big brother's most deviant friend, the NSA. If government got out of the way, we would already have peace.

Then get rid of government and see how long you have peace. In fact, government's only job is supposed to protect us from harm. I'm not sure what your idea of peace is, but being decapitated by vicious terrorists is not a very peaceful thought.
