Even though the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land is doing its best to numb the imagination of men, suppress any and all calls for law, justice, freedom, liberty and rights, all while trying to capture the spiritual, physical, mental, intellectual, etc. of man, concepts of liberty are slipping out.

A real free-human has his convictions so strong that he can choose to isolate himself or reach out to the entire world - as required to help free any bonded humanity.

Liberty and freedom, the ability to jump from a sinking ship and God gives one the strength to swim to shore. But better yet , the ability to jump from a burning plane and God packed the parachute. A leap of faith. Then one meets their Creator, the Higher power.

I would say that the only real bounds to liberty are the rights of others.  We must always take responsibility for the response.
