That's why it is so important to examine our actions from someone else's point of view. Rarely do we realize that our actions are often the opposite of our supposed intentions.

Others judge us by what they think we have done.

We always judge our own actions through the rose colored glasses of our good intentions. What few remember is that someone's good intentions have no practical value to anyone but themselves.

Keep it plumb and square. Right is right, wrong is wrong ! To much pride makes for a blind leader. A seasoned foreman can direct, an experienced Master will tell both, to what degree they are measured and how. This from a practical ,common sense point of view. Wisdom and understanding in action.
