Sure, but taxation WITH representation can be tyranny too, so representation is not the distinguishing feature here.

James and Ben are both right. In the U.S currently, there is no representation of the individual sovereign. All votees are to represent the foreign despot, tyranny and all.

Once the Supreme Court legislated the government has inherent right, it gave notice that it is no longer a representative of, by or for We The People but rather, a stand alone alien theocracy. Once, the individual sovereign voted for an individual to represent the individual sovereigns of We The People in a body of like representatives. Without changing the procedure, to fool even the elect, the alien theocracy has reversed the representation 180 degrees. We The People now vote for those individuals who will represent the alien theocracy to We The People and the world. The great delusion (enhanced by the theocracy's PR division - the media) is currently expanding its tyranny and despotism at a rate unknown to man except through violent revolution.
