The Church of Global Warming is but a single sect of the many destructive churches (by example, the statist theocracy enforces unconstitutional: compelled compliance, government licensing, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, SS, police state confiscations, funny money, etc.) and lack of recognition of individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty and the de jure "laws of nature and of nature's God".

It is not logically necessary to compete with Russia and China. The necessity is the necessary diplomatic acumen to design a cooperative attitude to create social climate to promote a planetary environment sustainable for life.
