“The desire to know is natural to good men.”

I say that the desire to know is natural to All men.It is a human characteristic to want to know more.My opinion anyway.

The desire to know by bad men is undesirable

Maybe this is a chicken and egg thing. Desiring to know, (one must have an open mind) might make men good. Having a closed mind, desiring not to know might make men bad.

Knowledge can be a very dangerous thing in the minds of bad men.

And likewise, being satisfied with believing is natural to lazy and dull people...

Good men want to know; crooked lefty wants to believe Fake News and ridicule knowledgeable dirt diggers as conspiracy nuts.

Also, although good men want to know, I have met a considerable ratio of those who are AFRAID of too much information; a hobbled mind is the bane of enlightened mankind (although religion and political profiteers love small minds and hobbles).
