Wow, it gets an "A" for effort from me. The "Section" had me at  "the right to keep and bear arms".  The listing of reasons in support of the right began to open a door of limiting justification.

There should be no question about the intent of this declaration.  I would like to suggest amending the Bill of Rights' 2nd Amendment to include this verbiage!
