By the time Holmes became a Justice, the Supreme Court had degenerated into a legislative body of tyranny (participating neither at law or justice) The Court, then and now, does not recognize the law of nature and of nature's God (natural law), Constitutional law, de jure common law or any other resemblance to historical constant realities. The activist Court, then and now, only acts to advance its theocratic ideologies and corporate mastery over its enslaved legal fiction chattel.

Is he thus saying there are no courts of Justice? Or that law and justice are two different things and that he stands with the law, and justice be damned? Sounds like Holmes...

Patrick Henry, Red Hill

The pride of lawless legalists, who reserve unto themselves the right to rend the law beyond recognition, is going before
this nation's destruction.
