I wish; unless you can get a legislator to propose such a bill or what ? No mechanism is given for this...how about national public referendum as Iceland has ?...or votes of no confidence as so much of europe has... TPTB greatly fear true democracy/power of the people/"tyranny of the majority"/the true power of LABOR, that's why we have such things as an "electoral college", which does not follow the popular vote on occasion, and unresponsive legislators who seem to be imbued with a totally different calling than their constituencies so often and now runaway corporate and banking crime with no adjudication as the judiciary is "unable" to effect "change". We are overdue for important changes.

Though 'We The People' have the inalienable right to alter the governance at which we reside, the primary premise of the de jure limiting Constitution is to be a uniting at natural law (as is averse to a government of men - by way of example, the occupying statist theocracy now infesting this land).

And, I might add, protection of inalienable rights.

The logical solution is for the States to return to their corners and start fresh. The fears that the States will turn into a bunch of squabbling babies are unfounded. The Commerce Clause has been stretched beyond imagination of the Founders -- its original premise was to prevent tariffs between the States -- now it is the justification for granting federal jurisdiction over everything and everyone. Time to stand up for ourselves and kick out DC from within the sovereign States.
