“Free discussion is the only necessary Constitution -- the only necessary Law of the Constitution.”

The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land (with its gods {law makers antithetical to the law of nature and of nature's God, judicial priests in black robes and executors of tangible / spiritual / intellectual wrong}) not only disallows "free discussion" but all other aspects of individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law. The Bill of Rights is a small list of necessities as was attempted to be covered by the Constitution. Free discussion is but one "RIGHT" expressed in the noble being's "inalienable".

It would be quite interesting to have a sincere conversation. The necessities for an effective discussion could entail a lot more organization. The possibility of rules, mediation and goals may have to be involved if I understand Mr Carlile correctly at this contemporary juncture of the constitutional organization.   If the healthy mentality is going to get their opportunity its going to have to involve more thorough organization. 

That's a powerful quote! The freedom to discuss and challenge ideas is crucial for any healthy society. Without open discussion, we risk stagnation. How can we actively cultivate these spaces, both online and offline?

I've found that mentally ill completely reject reasonable, rational, in-depth discussion.  Personal, social critique, its quite challenging.
