Those courts (and all others) that violate the inalienable rights of 'We The People', through amending the Constitution or otherwise and perpetrating original or subsequent fraud, (prohibition, larceny with impunity, slave citizenship to a national theocracy, compelled compliance, victimless crimes, license, etc.) should be tried as criminals and traitors and found guilty of crimes against humanity with clean and unambiguous language. Afterwards dealing with such jurist criminals accordingly.

Treason is still treason, no matter if it is deemed expeditious to the percieved needs of the day.
