Beware of the Republican/Democrat, conservative/liberal opinionist; the unconstitutional thought/bedroom/religion etc. police are out there incarcerating for heresy.

Calling someone a heretic mererly demonstrates the fear and ignorance of the name-caller.

Everybody is somebody else's heretic. It reminds me of children screaming at each other, "I know you are but what am I?" The only difference is adults have the ability to do real damage to one another. People who cannot tolerate someone else's heresy are very insecure in their own beliefs and it is inherently childish.

I guess that means personal opinion. Heresy now called slander or libel. It's a wonderful book and that a brilliant phrase from it, in full context.

So much ignorance and intolerance as foreign ideas are immediately rejected since it threatens others security. Most people are frightened by being challenged mentally and crave to hold the general opinion they develope through societal conditoning through the propaganda machine in the mainstram media. Being a free thinking individual is too foreign and frightening for the majority. They cannot get out of the box or be different from their friends or neighbors. They might be rejected if they think freely.

One man's theology is another man's heresy.
