This applies to any government official who ignores the oath of office.

The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land with its ecclesiastical seminaries (government schools), evangelist propagators (MSM), black robbed high priests of a dark priesthood (judges), demonic creators of tyranny (legislators), despotic enforcement lords (executors) and the many patron supporting forms thereof are but a great example of the here quote.

Falsehood of the tongue makes way for every wrong possible. This ill habit gathered by an unseen degree depraves the heart of all its good dispositions. As brooks make rivers and rivers run to the sea, so also is the public trust eroded and lost.
" The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death." Prov 21:6
" He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him. When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart. Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shown before the whole congregation. A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin." Prov 26:24,25,26,28.
He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered." Prov 28:26

As it is written:

" O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speaketh good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh."
