Reply Waffler, Smith 11/9/09 3 Reply Mike, Norwalk 11/9/09 oops, don't let this information out, there won't be federal cradle to grave slavery. 1 Reply Waffler, Smith 11/9/09 What are these powers, can some one name a few? 11Reply Your sister, MSU 11/9/09 Jim, The reason the States take money from Washington is to get some of the taxpayers monies back to the states that they live in to accomplish work that would have been done if the people didn't have to pay the illegal income tax to the federal gvmt. Do you think we should just let them keep it all. Same for Medicare and Social Security benefits. You guys write as if we are sucking your life blood (your money) out of you but personally I paid into those funds for 50 years, and if we had an honest system we would have a surplus in those programs if the gvmt wouldn't keep putting it in the general fund. What don't the smart fellows like you fellows do something about it rather than make smart comments, and put down liberals, leftists, green people, blah, blah, blah, blah. If you are so danged smart say something constructive or start a movement. 11Reply Waffler, Smith 11/9/09 Good to have you on board YOUR SISTER. You are right on about Social Security footing the bill that Income Tax should have been footing for yeats. The Income Tax owes the Social Security fund about 2 trillion dollars. It is past time that we corrected this problem. The only way to do it is to raise the income tax particularly on Bushes frineds who he gifted when he got elected. 2 Reply Mike, Norwalk 11/9/09 Waffler, for a few unconstitutional activities, intrastate activities, Social Security, Medicare, and incorporating. Your sister, you've obviously not attempted to support or, organize a movement to bring about freedom, liberty, inalienable rights, or a lawful condition. I have personally witnessed liberals, leftists, green people, blah, blah, blah, blah get government money and otherwise government support for their activities while those loving a government of law are persecuted and prosecuted. Your sister, spoken like a true slave and heart and mind that feels victorious in enslaving their freedom loving inferiors. How liberal of you to call names and then put down all those you don't agree with for, doing what you say is calling names. 2Reply Waffler, Smith 11/10/09 Mike in your view is being ordered to take a bath by the state before swimming in a public pool, one of the rights left to the state or to the people. Further is a state by making such a law infringing on the rights of the people? Would you care to organize, or support, a movement to bring about freedom, liberty, inalienable rights on this issue. 2 Reply E Archer, NYC 11/10/09 Jeez, Waffler, enough with the county swimming pool. Owners of property can set the terms of its use. And it is not an imprisonable crime to use a pool without taking a shower -- show me an article that states that someone was put in jail for that. BS exaggerations don't win any points. And if it were true, is there any limit to the police state that you seem to relish? Man, you just love authority don't you. You were probably a hall monitor in school... "where's your pass?" 1 Reply Anonymous, Hansville 11/10/09 "THE PEOPLE are being wholly ignored by government at all levels. The 10th Amendment should have emphasized much more strongly the power of the people themselves who very often do not need, do not want, and do not benefit from many of the laws passed by their so-called representatives. Thomas Paine was warned of this and the framers of the Constitution tried to prevent it, but here we are now anyway with government trying to dictate to us rather than listen to and serve us. Joy, Washington State 2Reply Waffler, Smith 11/11/09 No Archer I was not but I do recall punching a Safety right in his breast badge when I was in fifth or sixth grade. I guess Archer does not care about law unless it carries a jail sentence. I reviewed some of the NM statutes and violations can result in pool closings by the state. All pools are regulated except home pools for personal and invited guests. I would assume that those operating a state closed pool would eventually wind up in the jail house. Archer thinks bathing before swimming with others is a police state issue. Get your head out of the clouds and your feet on the groudn Archer. 2Reply Waffler, Smith 11/11/09 I don't think the people are being ignored. As stated above state and federal laws are on the books to protect people from unsafe swimming pools, their are laws and safety standards for spa manufacturing etcetera, ad infinitum to portect people. I disagree that we are being ignored. 1 Reply Anon 3/23/10 We hold this truth to be self evident. 1 Reply bruski, naples FL Naples x 3/30/18 Our Constitution.A beautiful document. Reply Ronw13, OR 3/30/18 1 Reply Ronw13, OR 3/30/18 The power, the 2nd amendment. This and these powers lie in the defence of a Wholesome life, the right to hearth and home, The power to defend against All tyranny that would Plunder such prosperity through lying, cheating, and stealing of ones personal property. The power to defend against a centralized government that would exercise action of exaction through "legalized Plunder"of We the People at liberty. For those that would claim ignorance of these at liberty, ignorance is no excuse for defence. The power to throw off such a despotic centralized government that would "plunder" for the sake of those made ignorant through false teaching. Bread a circus, surround DC, while talking heads speaking eido knowledge grobble for the scraps falling from the table. Commonsense is not very common is it Waffler, your Sister. The power to defend the inalienable rights of the Individual sovereign, the power to limit a democratic governmental body turn despotic and tyrannical through greed and its lust for power.
