Wright v. United States Quote

“To disregard such a deliberate choice of words and their natural meaning, would be a departure from the first principle of constitutional interpretation. "In expounding the Constitution of the United States," said Chief Justice Taney in Holmes v. Jennison, 14 U.S. 540, 570-1, "every word must have its due force and appropriate meaning; for it is evident from the whole instrument, that, no word was unnecessarily used, or needlessly added. The many discussions which have taken place upon the construction of the Constitution, have proved the correctness of this proposition; and shown the high talent, the caution and the foresight of the illustrious men who framed it. Every word appears to have been weighed with the utmost deliberation and its force and effect to have been fully understood.”

~ Wright v. United States

in Wright v. United States, 302 U.S. 583 (1938), quoting Chief Justice Roger Brooke Taney (1777-1864)

Every word of the Constitution resounds with the Virtue illumined understanding of the Drafters.

Accordingly, the Constitution is the Noblest work of Man, of its kind, and is subordinate in its sublimity only to the Bible.

Numbers are "words" and "words" are numbered, in the KJB for a very precise purpose. It means exactly what it says, as it says it, where it says it. Perfect by design, in word and number. and needs no private interpretation. The Constitution is Framed in such a manner to emulate that depth of applied "under, standing" based upon the nature of the law provided. Codification was made clearly apparent to our Founding Fathers. The Constitution being fitly framed together by Master builders. constituents being "knit together in love" through the "simplicity" in Christ (Creator). That "perfect particle of union". For the most part, people are only taught at best, perhaps 50% of the knowledge actually presented. This by design to promote "study, Spoudazo, of making our calling and Election sure."

The Federalist Papers document the reasoning behind the Constitution's text, one need not go far to see through the eyes of the Founders.  The single most important aspect of American government that separates it from all the others is that it originates with a Declaration of Independence and a Constitution declared by the People themselves in their independent and thus sovereign capacity.  The statutes codified come from the authority of the People themselves, not a monarch or governor.  The fundamental rights of the People are declared to be inherent and a faculty of birth  we say they are the gifts of the God of Nature, which is to say, NOT a grant from another person.  This is the basis for American government, to protect those inalienable rights inherent in each individual.  All the rest were the rules for the government, not the people!  When Americans remember who we are, that is when we will throw off the yoke today's government has placed on us.  Which is why education is so important, and why it has been corrupted so to turn men into wards of the state.

The only time the "deliberate choice" of the concept and word "guarantee" was/is used in the Constitution was/is still at Article IV Section 4 where it dynamically orients a "Republican form of Government". Within the first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence the foundation of the "guarantee" was established by the word'(s') "due force, appropriate . . . and natural meaning" ("laws of nature and of nature's God" / natural law). The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land has ABSOLUTELY ignored and now acts in demonic opposition / criminal imposition contrary to "the first principle of constitutional interpretation, said law(s) and "guarantee" (by way of extremely terse example: compelled compliance, victimless crimes, government license, grand larceny with impunity {2nd plank of the communist manifesto, Social Security, police state confiscations, etc.}, alienation of nature's endowed rights and personal sovereignty along with all other defining acts of a slave master over its corporate chattel {"We The People"} have become the norm - the antithetical to liberty rule of order).
