That's ONE idea, Fred.  Do we have a choice as to whether we want to join the Borg or will we be assimilated?

E Archer, NYC

Right then  no more BS.  The naked truth about geopolitics and the lust for power.

E Archer, NYC

Democracy is the herding of dupes by knaves for fun and profit.

Fred, you are channeling Rockefeller:  "Competition is a sin."

Little by little, are you coming to the realization that your philosophy is nothing but another form of authoritarian rule according to you?  No one can play?  No one can compete?  Now I am sure you are alone.  What a miserable existence.  No joy of puppies frolicking, otters swimming, children playing.  No joy of achievement or innovation.  No mastery because someone will be better than someone else at something.  All must be equally bound, labors yoked, "no playing"  a soviet gulag is the end.

I agree that we need to grow up and take responsibility for our lives.  But this is not a burden -- it's a blessing and an opportunity to awaken to what's really happening and our role in it.

The enemies of freedom are not the government, it is the people who do not value their freedom, that have become subservient dependents that obey arbitrary authority  perpetual children.  The 'educated' are the most dangerous.  Confusing Power with Freedom supports the fallacy.

Get Woke, Go Broke.

As a highly moralistic person, what do you create?  Just curious as to what you produce, not something you merely 'promote' or have appropriated from the producer to 'maintain.'

E Archer, NYC

The 12 year 'education' programs of the West teach people to be willing serfs, perpetual children, permanently subservient, unquestioning of authority, in debt, dependent, and labors taxed.  "This is the way."  Freedom becomes but a meaningless platitude.

"Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!"

E Archer, NYC

Hey, Fred, THIS is socialism in its current form.

E Archer, NYC

Quite frankly I have never understood the control freaks throughout my life.  I have never wanted to domineer over anyone and cannot fathom the interest.

'Education' has become yet another profitable racket.  I can read 100 books and write the equivalent of one or more on my own OR I can pay 50-100K / year to have someone compel me to do so  and borrow the money to boot.  Better I spend 4 years getting practical experience in a productive field, not a parasitic one.  Trade schools deliver more.

A Bachelor's Degree has been reduced in quality but increased in fluff.  They have dumbed down what used to be 'higher education.'  The latest Supreme Court justice is prime example  why didn't any one ask her if she was qualified to answer whether she was a woman or needed a biologist.  The inmates are indeed running the asylum.

Public school has always been a labor racket.  To get women out of the home and into the work force, to employ millions of government servants (overwhelming majority are Democrats), to indoctrinate children  it is a communist plank, American-style  only you have to pay more than an indentured servant for the privilege.  The 'doctors' are monopolists in the fields of the 'law' and 'medicine'  the 'authorities.'  And you will pay through the nose before you get a chance to get in the game.

Power and wealth protect themselves.

Should there be someone, anyone, who could control the money supply?  That is unlimited power, yes?  "The only thing you would fear is a socialist in power." The only thing to fear is that the holder of the power might make himself ruler of all, socialist or not.

With a gold/silver money system, all the money is controlled by the holders of it, not the Fed.  Printing up billions of dollars for the US government to 'borrow' at interest is the equivalent to robbing every person's bank account, stealing the purchasing power of their money which now buys less  i.e. inflation.

Warren, that makes the Federal Reserve the highest power in the nation above Congress, the Executive, and even the Courts  they have their own jurisdiction governed by their own courts.  In fact, there are only a handful of Common Law courts in the nation now.  All the rest are commercial-statutory courts, even admiralty.  The point is that by not using the only lawful money authorized under the Constitution, we have lost control of our country to the money printers who do not care who makes the laws as long as they 'own' the money supply.  Yes, that's right, they own it, we just 'rent' it, it is THEIR money to be used in their Monopoly game, and we are just pawns on the board.  It all ends up back in the bankers' box in the end.

How much of the fruits of one's labors do the banks get after a lifetime?  About 90%.  How much did a car cost in 1960?  How much was a burger and coffee?  That's the loss in purchasing power of the tokens you have used for exchanging your labor.

It is nothing short of servitude to the Banks for life and is considered criminal to conduct business that bypasses their system.

Fred, if you truly do believe you are the ONLY person to posses the gifts of speaking in a simple, reasonable, wholesome, sincere manner, I feel truly sorry for you.  How lonely it must be at the top.  A prophet is not without honor except within his own house and his own country, eh?

It sounds more like you do not respect what anyone else has to say, nor do you listen.  Let me ask you, are you omniscient? Have you any short-comings?  Do you have any faults?  Is there no room for improvement for you?  We know what you think about everybody else...

Let me also provide some feedback: your speech is not clear or  consistent, neither simple nor reasonable.  Your writing is full of misspellings, grammatically incorrect, repetitive.  Your arguments are full of logical fallacies.  If you are our Savior, because there is no one else on the planet with your 'gifts,' I'm afraid you are toothless, because even a socialist would find your speech difficult to understand.  Your 'gifts' of oratory and rhetoric are wanting.

Fred, you are an individual, a special individual indeed.  With sincere intentions generally, only an incomplete view of how the world works and what is actually happening.  I don't think you are ready to save the world yet  you still have much more to learn about connecting with the other people in it first, if you really care about them.  The Truth sets one free, nothing else.  You will start reaching people when you tell it like it really is.

Excellent, Mike.  Clear as day.  The good intentions of socialists justify any abridgement of the rights of the people to compel them to do and say as they dictate.  Democratic Socialism ultimately  devolves into State-party rule and their creditors the central banks.  The US government has been completely coopted by the socialists under the banners of the Democrat and Republican parties giving the illusion of a choice.  Both have become supporters of de facto statist rule.  And yes, Fred, it is a crime  it is tyranny.

A republican form of government, treating all people as having the natural rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, is the only form of government We The People have consented to.

If you follow the money, you will find that almost all the statutes being enacted by the government apply only to the beneficiaries of government largess.  Those rules do not apply to freemen.  Primarily all the rules around taxes are conditional upon those that use the fiat currency printed up by the Fed.  If you do not transact business with these promissory notes, you are not beholden to the terms of their use.

Socialism is powered by this funny money system of theft and graft.  It could never survive without this bankers' trick.  Socialism is government by the Central Banks  why do you think they call themselves Governors?!  Believe you me, they govern!

E Archer, NYC

If that's the case, I recommend supporting a republican form of government rather than socialism  it's the only form that is not at war with the people.

We come into this world as innocent babes.  We awaken to the world, ask questions, speak our minds.  We stand upon the shoulders of our forefathers to see over the horizon.  Each life is a series of lessons.  We learn from our elders who have spent their lives in trials and tribulations.  We learn from our own challenges and experiences.  The laws of Nature are immutable.  We either act in concert or disharmony  each leading to alternate finales.

The Truth is ever right before our eyes, yet Life is a grand mystery still.  "Truth lies open for all; it has not yet been monopolized. And there is plenty of it left even for posterity to discover."

E Archer, NYC

So-called 'democracy' is also statism in that the people must obey the dictates of the leaders, no matter how they acquired their power.  Only a republican form of government can protect the natural born rights of the People.  The enemy of Liberty is unchecked Power.

E Archer, NYC

That's not capitalism  it's socialism.  You've been duped.

E Archer, NYC

Mike was referring to GW Bush, president at the time of his comment.  Not Trump.
