The question should not be if this is true, but why we are not doing anything to change it. How does one wait for the government/think tanks to stop instilling fear into the people? Do we wait till we are in a time of peace, after the murderous wars have ensued? I think, and I am only 18, that we will wait. We will feel safe again when we are 'needed' to feel safe again. Who knows when that will be.
