This is why we never have to trust the government.  This is why the branches of government are supposed to check one another.  This is why each State is a sovereign state. This is why we have a republican form of government.  Because people in political office are to be strictly regulated — not the other way around!

And thus every effort to disempower the People at every turn.  Whether to take their means of defense against unconstitutional dictates, to take the fruits of their labor, to tax property ownership, to require permission to work, to bank, to sell.  To say whatever to knock a person's consciousness down to that of a beast of burden.  By any means necessary to get you on your knees to them.

This doesn't even sound like hyperbole any more — this is happening right before our eyes.

Time for some tar and feathering in Michigan, New York, and California (to start).

Growing up in the 60's I held MLK in the highest regard and joined marches in DC for civil rights.  The people demanded an end to segregation of 'colored people.'  Now 'persons of color' are demanding to be segregated from 'white people.'  MLK said to judge a man by his character not his skin color — BLM declares all white people as racists, character has no standing.  What the hell has happened?!!

Nonsense.  Bush ushered in the global police state with the Patriot Act under a state of national emergency which has never been lifted giving the Executive unlimited powers.  The right of habeus corpus is gone.  Emergency powers are what it is all about because then the Constitutions can just be put on hold.  Governors have been abusing that power all year in 2020 and continuing now into 2021.  The China virus lockdown is founded upon one of the greatest frauds perpetrated on Western civilization. CDC reports zero cases of the seasonal flu in South America for 2020, and the number of Covid cases match the previous year's flu numbers.  Nothing to see here...

I am no atheist, in fact my sacred view of the Universe is much larger than yours.  I have pursued truth, and the truth HAS set me free!  Playing God is not new — it is a very popular game with very serious consequences.  Power corrupts, and those that believe that their actions are sanctioned by God are the biggest abusers with a clean conscience.

The Common Law is what America is based upon.  There are no statutes or rules other than to respect the rights of one another.  Whenever there has been a violation of those rights, the case may be brought to court.  The government has not been authorized to write statutes for the Common Law other than State and National Constitutions!  The government may only make 'laws' for the commercial law jurisdiction to enforce contracts and promises-to-pay.  These laws carry NO criminal penalties; they can't.  Any violation of the Common Law is to be tried in a Common Law court.

But with the introduction of commercial paper for all transactions, all users of these coupons are subject to the rules of their issuance, placing all within the commercial law jurisdiction.  The biggest deception is that we believe we are 'buying' things when in fact we are merely transferring liability for these assets which are actually owned by the issuers of the currency. We are essentially renting our lives and we must keep paying forever.

Soon thereafter, criminal penalties were created for commercial contract violations.  And then the plethora of laws emanating from Congress exploded!  Every law is about money — who can take from whom.  The government has been reduced to a clearing house for the Central Bank.  There aren't any more Common Law courts for the common man to take their case.

SO a 'crime' is whatever they say it is.  But in reality, a crime is any corruption of the truth, for which there are unavoidable consequences.

I would say that the only real bounds to liberty are the rights of others.  We must always take responsibility for the response.

House arrest for most of the civilized world has been in effect for nearly a year now.  How much more of this are we going to take?

Congress is filled with millionaires; how does this happen on a government salary?  The Clinton's, Gore's, Kerry's, Feinstein's, Pelosi's, Biden's, and yes even Obama have become famously rich.  Surprisingly, the richest members of Congress are Democrats, their source of wealth usually being inheritance, government contracts, and the fruits of insider information. 

Let's face it, de facto government is legalized crime, and there are lots of people who want to get in on the very lucrative act.

In school, history class was taught as 'Social Studies' — why the change in terminology?  American History is no longer a required subject in High School, nor do colleges seem to care.  Americans are taught that the USA is a democracy — it is not, never was.  As a result, the government has been able to usurp the sovereign powers of the People.  Declaring states of emergency indefinitely in order to enforce unlawful dictates has become a racket — everybody wants in on the act.  Chicken Little and Henny Penny are running for president, and apparently won.  Is there nothing Americans won't fall for any more?

The search for truth includes skepticism of the results.  Best to simply speak truthfully, and allow the truth to be humbly revealed.

"all too frequently men with the mentality of gangsters get control"  This is precisely why the USA has a Constitutional, republican form of government, to check power.  The lust for power will always reside in the hearts of some men — and they must be countered or else.

We need only look to the leftist governors today to witness their drunkenness' with power.  Never let a crisis go to waste, eh?

No, the system Sherman is talking about is a fiat central banking system for all the world which allow the banks to create money out of nothing and lend it at interest to the nations to use as 'money.'  This is not capitalism, this is socialism; it is a foundational plank of communism.  The central bankers are not capitalists they are governors with the power to crush nations, which they often do to cull the herds and reap profits.

Indeed.  The 2020 Election fiasco will be a defining moment in procedural safeguards — otherwise known as "due process."
