New Hampshire got this one right. With voter fraud so blatant in NH, its a wonder this is still in the Constitution. 2 Reply Mike, Norwalk 12/19/12 Voter fraud not only includes what happened to Ron Paul but the bus loads of Mass residents that come up to vote with same day registration. 2 Reply jim k, Austin, Tx 12/19/12 "Live free or die and vote early and vote often". Reply Anonymous, NorCal 12/19/12 WRONG!The US Constitution granted the right, States have no role in redefining the second amendment. Reply E Archer, NYC Anonymous, NorCal 6/16/22 Wrong again, the Constitutions state and federal do not grant rights! We already HAVE the rights. The Constitutions are rule books for the government, and to prohibit governments from restricting those rights — even so far as to say the government may not even question this prohibition because the governments have not been granted the right or power to restrict arms in the hands of the people. The state Constitutions are modeled after the federal Constitution, and yes, the US Constitution requires states to observe the restriction as well. Reply M, Buchanan, TX 12/19/12 I agree with NorCal. Big Government is NOT part of our USA Constitution. The U.S. Constitution gave us the Rights to Bear Arms, given to us by Our Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin is one of Founding Fathers. It did not say what kind or specific guns that we can buy and owns. it only said "The Rights to Bear Arms". so that mean any type of guns are illegal. Reply E Archer, NYC M, Buchanan, TX 6/16/22 Please understand that the Constitutions do not grant rights!! They are rules for the governments and specify a few red lines that they may not cross ever. We the People have many, many, more rights than those enumerated in the Constitution. 1 Reply william Riggs, Montgomery, Texas 12/19/12 I am in full support of the 2nd amendment.
