Government creates laws which make us unequal, laws which recognize, respect and protect specific people (blacks, gays, women, etc.). These laws cause disrespect and harm, by discriminating against those not covered under the law. The Supreme Court should strike down all laws which do not apply to all citizens.

Government has slaughtered the Constitution like a teenager slaughters the English language. "HOT" means high temperatures OR very attractive. "Shall not be infringed" means any weapon OR unless a law says otherwise.

Yet every interest group has legislative exceptions. It's a hate crime if the victim is gay, black or Muslim, and illegal to murder a pregnant woman. What about a white male victim or murdering a non-pregnant woman? Is that somehow better?

Then owning and carrying arms is the second most important right.

The government is censoring the internet. There are some topics which are illegal to put up on websites. Slowly, the government stifles freedom of expression.

The American public is more reasonable, restrained and mature than the government believe, as shown by the evidence. Yet, government continues to treat the public as stupid morons.

Government no longer listens to the people. Officials do what they want, regardless of what the people want.

Come 2008, the Real ID act will begin tracking your every move, slowly restricting your travel. Companies currently track your every purchase using UPC and credit cards. What if the government demands to see a list of what you bought? A Big Mac? You are over your daily fat intake. Condoms? You are a pervert. Very "1984" and "Big Brother".

Yes, government protects us from ourselves. More and more laws for our personal safety. But I don't need or want protection from myself. And the courts have ruled police have no responsibility to protect us. "To Protect And Serve" is no longer true.

The United States government is destroying the private individual, the sovereign citizen, in the name of "the greater good." i.e. Who cares about the Fourth Amendment? It's okay for government agents to enter your home without a warrant...if it makes the people of our country safer.
