I'm with Charley Reese on this and I would favor a poll tax. When you voted in Texas many years ago you paid a small fee to vote. I believe it was $1.75, you were given a receipt and showed it at the polling place before you could vote. This served to keep out at least some of the riff raff, you know, like people who still support Obama.

To follow up on Mike, the Senate, House , and Obama and his cabinet have lost all contact with the average citizen. They live like kings and queens as evidenced by Barack and Michelles frequent expensive vacations at our expense while they tell us to tighten our belts. Pelosi didn't like the plane she was using to fly her and her entourage to California each week, so she now flies a 747. Why we continually reelect these people is a mystery.
