When We the People become complacent, we the people become slaves. A criteria, in addition to 'if it's not in the Constitution it does not get passed.' is that no individual or no group is absolved from the dictatorial dictates of legislation. Two groups absolved from all the 2009 legislative and executive dictates are labor unions and members of congress. This should not be.
