Waffler, I like it when those of your beliefs attack a person or their ideology as rabidly as you do. ..."worship of sky scrapers."... and ,,,"absurdities"... are just the kind of words people hear that open the eyes and say what's going on and so they look into Ayn Rand because in public she is blasted apart ("debunked") and by her own self. Sounds like a philosophy worth looking into. So, Waffler, carry on with your rabid debunkings as they will continue to wake people up when they decide to check out things for themselves after having their curiosity piqued by those rabid debunkings.

Not knowing the context in which he said this, it does seem easy to to be taken out of context(?) in that a freeman exercising his second Amendment right might be considered as a man living with power to endanger the public liberty.

Well said Archer.

The more the moral chains are placed upon oneself the more armor of God is put on and in corrosponding relation the closer one walks with Him

Waffler, when I get up in the morning I am an indvidual. When I sit in a crowded room I am an individual amongst other individuals. So I lose my individuality to what, the conceptual idea that I'm a member of the crowd that's in the room? Now is when I become real? Individuality is a concept that becomes real only when I leave the room or go back to bed at night? You really ought to see a psychiatrist. You really need some help.

What a novel idea, make the umpire follow the same rules the players have to play by. Why didn't America come up with such an idea.....oops, they did do that didn't they.

It's easy to see why our bureaucracies are inefficient. Efficiency means accountability whereas inefficiency allows everyone to point fingers at each other and there is no evidence of who exactly is responsible. This way they can lose 2.3 trillion dollars and get away with it til this day.

What is just as surprising are the methods used to attain that governorship and at the bottom of the many methods used, fear is the most prominent but least talked about.

To create innovation, free the individual that rests beneath the surface of of every single human being.

If modern man could only grasp the great and glorious feeling freedom on earth was and is, guaranteed that all but the truly afraid would jump to restore this once great republic called America. Mankind's imagination as to what it could be like has been dumbed down so much the connection between generations has been broken and the great wisdom of our forefathers has been lost.

I agree 100% with your assessment Mike.

The individual is the reality because the very first individual is God or the creator of us all.

jim.k, when you say it in such poetic prose there is no better way of saying it. From the womb to the tomb. It has a certain finality to it. Maybe people will finally get the message when the problem is heard in that way.

Judith, you certainly put the wrong label on me but rather than attempt to prove it to you I will give you the benifit of the doubt and simply continue exposing evil where I find it and state what the problem is and how to fix it. For starters, in the U.S., the federal Reserve should be the first thing to go if we are ever to regain possession of our country. The fed is the connection that ties our wealth with a growing deficit and a perpetual debt that carries with it perpetual economic slavery from birth until death.

America was founded on the respect of moral principles based in their worship of one God and faith in Jesus Christ. These moral principles can be found in other religions world wide in some form or another and it is these kinds of religions that were welcomed into the country as long as they lived by the law of the land which was respect of another man's rights (the highest of moral principles) held as high as the christians of the day held it. Atheists were no problem as long as their ethics called for by their conscience's were at an equal level to the principles gleaned from Jesus's moral principles. It's easy today to see that even many who claim to be christians lack a clear vision through the haze of confusion taught by many corrupt institutions just what these principles are and how to put them into effect not only today but in many todays yet to come. Such corruption began in the early days of man's existence on this planet. One God, one message, many messengers, chief of them being Jesus. Least of these being a fetus in the womb at the time of conception. An attack on our Constitution is an attack on the principles of the old and new testaments as it was these principles, eternal in nature, that ruled our nation when the phrase 'A nation of laws, not of men' is used. Today, these principle are being ripped straight from the heart of the Constitution but it can't be ripped from the heart and souls of Americans and others in the world. This is the place where the battle over control of YOUR mind begins and you have all odds working in your favor, and this battle on a personal level is the one you can win every single time thus raising your courage level. This, the slave drivers of modern perpetual economics do not want you to hear. The battle over your mind and soul begins here and they can't win if you choose not to let them.

J Carlton, your reply to your own question would be a good laugh if it wasn't so true. Well said, short and sweet.

Therapeutic ethos? Is this the name of a new religion? (Sarcasm added).

jim k, sorry if I made you believe I was pro abortion. Actually, the smallest minority on earth is a fetus which somebody has to defend since the mother doesn't want to. Abortion is murder and there is no doubt about it. In terms of who has the first right it is the fetus because he/she is helpless and quite literally needs his/her mother. If it seemed I was defending Ayn Rand I wasn't. I was defending the self evident truth Rand had stated.

dick, fort worth., Just as any great movement of anything that carries any good within it eventually becomes corrupt to lead the masses off the well beaten path, the same has happened to Christianity, Budhism, Islam and the rest of all the factions that are born of them. If we could find a true path amongst the many and varied factions we need to follow it with our own detection of the truth that leads to fertile ground where the truth becomes more appaent if one freely chooses to hunt fot it and clear all the lies from within your head.

Judith, our legislators were supposed to argue like hell if any bill came up that trampled the rights of ANY individual and to continuously point this out, we were then supposed to watch our legislature to make sure it did throw out bad law, that which interfered with individual rights which is a simple thing to do until our officers stopped doing what they were hired to do and started listening to lobbyists and not there conscience. The people became apathetic and our Constitution became a piece of paper and here we are today.---- Archer, your in great form today. Well said

Would anybody out there let me decide their fate for them? I thought not. So why do these ame people who wouldn't let a single stranger decide their fate, allow a majority of strangers to decide their fate?

Anon

Anonymous, just because one says the truth it really doesn't matter what other differences one may have with the person who speaks it. For that matter the truth speaks for itself and is self evident. I don't know how many times I've run into people like you who, having nothing to contradict the self evident truth with, resort to either slandering the one who said it or pointing out other things said which is more opinion than anything else. How about if I put----"The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities." Anon. ----Would that change or affect the self evident truth of the statement. I thought not.

The right to act according to one's conscience is the first right of choice that every individual is born with.---- "1. That the law was not made for a righteous man, but for the disobedient.---- 2. That righteous men have to part with a little of their liberty and property to preserve the rest. ---- 3. That all power is vested in and consequently derived from the people.---- 4. That the law should rule over rulers, and not rulers over the law. ---- 5. That government is founded on compact.---- 6. That every law made by the legislators inconsistent with the compact, modernly called a constitution, is usurpive in the legislators and not binding on the people.---- 7. That whenever government is found inadequate to preserve the liberty and property of the people they have an indubitable right to alter it so as to answer those purposes.---- 8. That legislators in their legislative capacity cannot alter the constitution, for they are hired servants of the people to act within the limits of the constitution."---- 'The Rights of Conscience Inalienable, John Leyland (1791)
