I read Wilson's book, and i found nothing remotely similar to that quote, and your saying, " Most likely a compilation of 2 quotes?" you must be unsure because that book (Speech) has nothing that would imply, that Wilson, said this quote. he didn't say it, it wasn't found in any database; their is no logic to this quote, there's nothing that backs it up.
