Only when there is more than one of us, then we must communicate and decide; (compromise) "what shall be our policy"; thus politics.

This is a great proverb because a human tends to animal behaviors, or worse than that, can any animal do worse than what George Bush is doing ?

Yes it would seem imposible to be worse than G.W.Bush. But any one, place, or nation that funds or supports terrorists is actually worse than George Bush.
