In divide this quote into 3 parts.I believe the first statement of this quote to be true.I believe the 2nd statement of this quote Can be true in the proper context but this is where my Individualism kicks in.Things don't have to be the way they are or seem.When you change the way you look at things,the things you look at change.The 3rd statement in this quote I disagree with.I do not believe that the State is the conscience or universal will of man.

I am not quite sure how to rate this. 5 stars for defining the socialist perception - the individual's relationship to the State or, a thumbs down because of its acceptance and application, eliminating liberty as an option and subduing the individual sovereign's inalienable rights.
