Just what a classic G.I. might wright on a wall or in the trunk of a tree. Reply Waffler, Smith, Arkansas 11/5/08 And now it is not just the philosophical "Can" but also the permission denoting "May". Remember the old "Can I", yes you can but you may or may not dialogue. 1 Reply jim k, austin 11/5/08 Obama just proved it and Marx and Lenin would be proud. Reply E Archer, NYC 11/5/08 'Anybody' with hundreds of millions of dollars anyway. I have never seen an election that was more blatantly about campaign fundraising than anything else. 'Community organizer' is just another word for populist fundraiser. B.O. raised more money than any other candidate in history -- and that is what they begged their supporters to do, non-stop, day after day. Add up all the campaign funds spent this election by all the candidates and it is nearly 1 billion dollars -- what if that money had been donated to private charities instead? It would be nice if we elected our representatives based upon principle instead of who has the largest megaphone. Reply warren, olathe 11/5/08 Sieg Heil Obama and the new world order. Prepare for the Fascists. We have declared that the thought that wealth is no longer wise to be left in private hands. The production of wealth is the responsibility of the state. Reply RBESRQ 11/5/08 Yes, if Bush can, and McCain be considered, and Palin as VP, anyone, including Joe the Plumber, can be President. And that was a joke - Joe didn't even have a license and owes back tax AND HE"S THE GOP HERO. Fantastic! at last we have an intelligent President Already, the world is a safer place. Reply RBESRQ 11/5/08 Archer its time the GOP had a taste of their own medicine don't be such a hypocrite - at least you didn't have to pay a penny. Warren, why didn't you say that when Bush was in Power - his Granddad was a Nazi sympathizer. Scott, well done - good reply Reply Ken, Allyn, WA 11/5/08 If we're going to get on the highway to hell, we'd might as well get in the fast lane. How long before BO's adoring, worshipful masses realize they've been had? I'll give it until this time next year when we've gone from recession to 0bama inspired depression after the tax increases and the raids on retirement savings, and 0 invades Pakistan as he promised. Last stop: Armageddon. Reply John Striebel, Centennial Wy 11/7/08 Well didn't we just prove this with The Decider? and ALMOST repeat it, only through a VP, with Sarah Palin? 1 Reply Mary, MI 3/4/20 LOL!
