Don Luskin Quote

“Whenever the media covers anything I know about in intimate detail ... they always get it wrong. True on the left, and true on the right. Sigh. Double sigh.”

I have a good rancher friend that I was loosely associated with concerning government lies, illegal activities and otherwise false representations. The largest paper in the State printed verbatim the government's story as per linked sound bites (a complete lie and fabrication from start to finish). It was so inaccurate I wouldn't have even known that it was the same issue I was working on except for some of the names and locations referenced. I called the editor of the paper to ask which government agency he was working for. He mentioned none, that the story had been corroborated by other independent news sources (all reporting the exact same government line).

I'm not too sure there is, or was, or ever will be, honest objective reporting. People report on the things that matter to them. Inevitably, the report will be put in that context. Propaganda, however, is reporting for specific ends, favoring one point of view at the expense of all others. In other words, programming. The media is not in the Truth business, they are in the opinion-making business, for whomever pays the most.

In an psychotic arrangement that is  the conventional system the accuracy and truth is not too accommodating, so its not received too tolerantly and so the media is going to have their "reports" wrong.

Additionally, Mr Luskin appears fairly accurate with conventional media, but you can obviously observe the rare unconventional messages filter through. These left and right ideas also remains vague and not clearly defined which assist in the psychosis condition.
