A society that does not recognize that each individual has an unalienable right to conduct commercial affairs, get married, own property in allodial, or transport himself on his own jointly / in common held roads without a title of nobility (license) from a foreign potentate (claiming to possess all rights aloof from We The People); or accepts theft of the noble laborer's fruit does not / can not respect the value or dignity of the individual
