Gary Allen Quote

“By the time the (16th) Amendment had been approved by the states, the Rockefeller Foundation was in full operation...about the same time that Judge Kenesaw Landis was ordering the breakup of the Standard Oil monopoly...John D...not only avoided taxes by creating four great tax-exempt foundations; he used them as repositories for his 'divested' interests...made his assets non-taxable so that they might be passed down through generations without...estate and gift taxes...Each year the Rockefellers can dump up to half their incomes into their pet foundations and deduct the "donations" from their income tax.”

John D. Rockefeller is one of my heroes, so I take offense when some snot nose lays down an observation such as this. He created the Standard Oil Trust in large part due to the lack of an existing structure for what the business he envisioned required. That was vision. That he took steps to preserve the wealth his vision created should be no surprise. That he did do a few nasty things along the way is no secret. He also created an industry and brought oil and its by-products to the public at a reduced cost. The Rockefeller foundations have done much good in the world. What good can we associate with the author of this quote? This is the first I've even heard of him. As a pundit he is little more than a parasite attached to the productive world!

Not sure how to rate this - its just a simple statement of events and facts. Original research places a giant question mark on States legitimately approving the 16th Amendment. John D and other Rockefellers have mask their heinous killing of freedom, liberty and the nobility of individual sovereign inalienable rights with a few interpretive good deeds.

Just another example of the connection between business and government. Government has NO business IN business.

Mary, FYI. I had worked with research teams investigating the 16th Amendment's ratification. While I was involved, it was very, VERY clear that the Amendment was not lawfully ratified by the States.

John D. is definitely NOT one of my heroes. He was all against the income tax until he figured out this foundation scheme which also gave him a huge edge over his business competitor's. The Rockefeller Foundation is also a big supporter of left wing causes.

Right on J Carlton ! And maybe business has no business in government either. Think campaign contributions.

The establishment of the Federal Reserve and its equivalents in other countries like Canada and the establishment of an income tax all occurred around the same time. The federal government did NOT have the right to tax the people directly, so an amendment of the Constitution was required. There is sufficient evidence that the 16th Amendment was not lawfully ratified. Somehow, someway, the American people are going to have to force their servant government to follow the law WE THE PEOPLE have set for them. We have let the government act without limit, to lay claim to our labors and property without lawful right to do so. The Rockefeller's are the Dukes of North America in the bankers monarchy. The Federal Reserve 'governors' are the monarch's governors-general, i.e. the king's representatives in conquered lands. Wake up, world, wake up.

The robber barons are the disease that the social responsible has to contend with on his crusade to preserve humanity. These robber barons put us closer to the grave making the goal of survival all the more challenging. The responsible understand the concept of community unification placing us further from the grave. Socialism is the vision of social abilities to create.
