When defining liberties, licentious liberty as our founding fathers understood, was to go outside the bounds of the then current orthodoxy, as is now, yet, Economic liberty (chophshiy) was at the focal point of the oppressing faction of monarch rule. Sovereignty of "who" should receive such a privilege as not to be oppressed by direct tax. Concerning "moral" guide lines, those that would seek to spoil, [plunder] one for the other, is the apex of all revolt. I care not for what a person worships, unless it oppresses me, the fruit of my labor for another.
