Actually, they know pork all too well, both in their mouths and our pocketbooks.

Most politicians don't know what beef is when compared to a lot of things. Why do politicians claim there is no inflation when food, clothing, transportation, housing, etc. keep increasing in price, wages being basically static? Where's the beef? Where does the Federal Reserve get all the dollars it loans the U.S.?

It's a great quote, but not enough info about the author. I would enjoy your quotes a lot more if you would be so kind as to tell us more about the author of the quotes, i.e., age, type of work( writer, editor, etc.) and if they are still living or dead. Thank you. mgriff@everestkc.net

Good point Mr Lowman, but being a biased politician yourself would not enable you to distinguish the pigs from the productive creatures. Socialism is the challenge to create an unbiased creative productive person, and the accompanying beneficial change.
