Framing here has a related double meaning. It has been my experience that more individuals are "FRAMED" by the malefactors acting under color of office (de facto actors within the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land) than are actually prosecuted for real crimes.

We are seeing this nearly all the time now. Mike's take on 'framing' is more true than we would like to admit... False flags come to mind.
