As "Joe the Plumber" so aptly brought to light during the last few weeks of the 08 election.... ;-)

The first mistake people make is of thinking that their money is theirs. God tells us that every thing is his and he has lent it to us but the law tells us that a only a percentage of what we make is the governments. Joe The Plumber knows nothing of what he is talking about. Small business pays no taxes more than anyone else except 1/2 of an employee's social security tax, and they then pass that on to their customers. A 250,000 flow through from a sole propritorship or from a Subchapter S Corporation is no different tax wise than receiving a salary of the same amount.

Comrad Waffs first sentence tells it all. Karl Marx couldn't have said it better.

The fact is that We The People do not have a right to another's labors or property; therefore, the government has no authority to lay claim to our labors and property either. The only ones who clamor for more taxes are the propertyless. Through this corrupt system, eventually everyone becomes propertyless, and we divide ourselves into factions that use their collective powers to raid the others. If we all belong to God, where did government get the authority to act in God's stead? I agree that the wealth should be spread around -- the best way is for people to produce and trade their products and services in the free market. Waffler must have been a tax man -- I have never heard anyone defend taxation as much as he does. When will the people stand up for the right to their own labors?! If the socialists are so concerned about the 'workers,' why not defend the workers' rights to the fruits of their own labors? If you tax the business owners, they will merely pass those costs down to their own workers and customers. Every single 'tax the rich' plan that has been passed merely taxed the middle class again. Face it: the middle class is dumb, and the government takes advantage of that fact year after year after year.

Waffler's comment brings up that old joke: how about if I throw up all my money into the sky and then God can take what He wants - I'll keep what falls to the ground. I was under the impression that though God had created (and ultimately owns) all, His system for tithes and offerings was totally voluntary. Waffler's quote does once again declare his god and religion to be man's government.

Waffler is the first to say that we have a separation of church and state. So what is this crap?

Now, not only can you be considered charitable by paying exorbitant taxes, you can consider yourself a true patriot as well as our next VP pointed out. By the way, Waffler, I don't consider the government (or the lord 0bama) to be a god as you apparently do. If God wants my money, he can ask for it and I'll give it freely. The government can pound sand.

Under the law in this country and most states, and even some cities when you take a job, earn some interest, or make some money you have a silent partner. That silent partner like it or not is the various government entities aforementioned. Dis it however you like, it is a fact. Most young folks I admit are shocked when they get their first paycheck and see that 7.5% percent taken out for SS. I assume most of you guys who have nothing better to do than blog on a site like this are a little older at least chronologically. Mentally, politically, and legally you have a lot of growth to do. I am stating a fact, can you not relate to the fact (even if you do not like it) that "There shall be a tax on all income from whatever source derived unless explicitly exempted by this chapter." All I ask is for y'all to grow the hell up.

PS: For the tax haters there are still a few jungles, savannahs, and deserts y'all can go to. I suggest Namibia or an endless sail boat journed, no taxes there.

Soon there might be many voting with their feet, or voting to not work those extra weekends. When that happens, who's going to pay for all of those tax cuts for the middle class. Like I said, the government can pound sand because I can live off of much less than I currently make. I'll just sit on the deck and wait for my welfare check otherwise known as a tax rebate. When you tax something you get less of it. That goes for income too.

For the years Waffller was active on this blog, he stated that the current occupying statist theocracy infesting this land was a government of, by and for the people - a representative republic. My frequent question to Waffler was, who is the income tax man representing when he demands at gun point one third to one half of my labors (being innumerated by their funny money) ? AND, by what lawful nexus does the servant become the master over a once sovereign(s) - the servant owning the once free, along with his labors and all that derives therefrom (allowing the once free to only keep an allotted percentage - determined soley by the new master / god) He never attempted an answer to either question in earnest. Once he tried to explain a social contract that has no basis at law. The 16th amendment which Waffler was alluding to is ANTI-freedom, liberty, law, justice and is only part of the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land's tyranny over a once land of the free and home of the brave. The 16th amendment is a most heinous de facto despotism and is not a de jure natural law, law of the land ! ! ! Law enforcement is an oxymoron perpetrated by immoral despots.
