A few hmmmm's here also, such as (-; enlist vs. volunteer ;-) Other than that, I like it - a lot ! ! !

This was a reassertion that the State militia is NOT the National Guard. Quite frankly, the National Guard is an usurpation of the state militias by federalizing the States even further and blurring the lines to State sovereignty.
