Kirschenblatt, 1926 Government , Suppression , Opposition , Politics , Sedition Ratings and Comments 2 Reply tim ferrell, Surry, Maine 5/6/09 Exceedingly appropriate in the USA today (2009). 2 Reply Mike, Norwalk 2/24/17 The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land's sedition left any resemblance to constitutional limitations long ago. Little to no justification is needed for indiscriminate seizure of incriminatory documents (in writ, electronic or otherwise). Progressive deep government (the most pious and violent of said status theocracy) violently oppose any body or concept politic of liberty, personal sovereignty, inalienable rights, individual prosperity and any laissez faire activities. 1 Reply Ronw13, Oregon 2/24/17 " Padding the Court with Nadiyb Grandee libertine socialist".Hand's history finds himself at fault through his quote. Being a supporter of the " New Nationalist" movement put forth by Herbert Croly, knowing well the word socialist, changed to Nationalist, removed even farther from the individuals mindset, " inalienable Rights, individual sovereignty, which was fought for by the Southern States against the war of Northern Aggression, believing democracy was greater than "rights of the individual. The underlying tones of totalitarianism or fascism prompted the word change from Socialist to Nationalist. Small businessmen and their allies the Jack-of-all-trades Jeffersonians, (valued agrarians) were blocking the path for ' Croly's Elites" Big Business Special Interest Socialist within the Republican party. The current Republican party would do well to understand it is the Jack-of-all-Trades Small businessmen and women Jeffersonians Who Elected President Trump to office. The "New Deal" was a BAD DEAL. NOT A CONTRACT. 140.000 agrarians and small business owners thrown into jail by FDR for opposition to their socialist agenda. Pandering to both sides now is a slippery slope. We the People are Watching !! Hand was part of the statist theocracy infiltrating the once Free Republic of Sovereign Individuals.
